    I have a set but they have been painted with a rattle can gloss black.
    I'd sell them for 450.

    With the tires 215-40-17 $550 tires have about 3/4 tread left

    I'm located for work near LAX

    You mean 215/45/17? If not then those tires are way too small in diameter for the GenIII Prius.
