has anyone attempted to install 18 alloys? I'd love to see some pics if any. I am trying to create a distinctive look for a driving school car. the idea is to get the kids interested in hybrids with a trendy look.

It all depends on what kids will be looking at the cars. Some are into the Fast and Furious thing and only tiny light weight racing wheels are cool. In my area if you ain't got at least 22s you ain't worth looking at. Yee yee lets all get hyphy!

Don't hate me. I was being dumb with my Bay Area friends who didn't think the Prius was hot till I turned up some Yeah Area rap and got the two 12's slamming and vibrating the street. lmao

sorry about my silly question but hey if you can attract the Fast and the furious kinda kids to cleaner quiter less obnoxious vehicles, it seems like a win win situation...wouldn't it? as a first timer on the forum, if I should have posted somewhere else, please let me know. cheers.

It's not a silly question. However, I was about to say something, too, about this post's title making me look for all the wrong reasons. Or right reasons, however you look at it! (Or run from it...)

Any-hoo--back to the OP's intent. I know nothing about tires, rims, wheels, or anything else. I did see a tricked-out Prius here in Richmond with some very shiny rims, tho.

And I agree that I would like to see more youngsters with Prii--however, big pimpin' will screw up gas mileage. Fo shizzle. And that would negate the purpose, wouldn't it?
