straight to the question first is there any electrical related item between the water pump EGR and vsv purge valve?

    THE STORY

I did not want to post this question somewhere else and have it get lost. I hope someone with electrical knowledge of this car can answer this for me. I cleaned my intake manifold I don't think I disturbed the electrical much. while there I replaced the water pump that had also failed the day before. I pulled it and found the impeller hard to spin so it was bad. installed new pump cleaned and installed egr.cleaned and installed intake.
I did break the vsv purge valve. It was small hole, in any case I put PCV glue and fixed it. I applied 12v and could tell it was now open as car began to run rough. also got a issue with EGR malfunction. I plugged it in and removed the motor it seemed to work. so now I have P0403, P0441,P0455,P0261B & 261C. So this is a malfunction EGR water pump and evap system issue. All were fine except failed pump prior to intake cleaning.
So the are there any items that could be related with these three things a relay or something it just seems odd it is all a result of cleaning intake.

Missing the most important piece: Its a gen4 engine in a gen3 car with some gen3 parts.

When you take your car to a shop do they charge you for each issue as a diagnostic or is it a flat fee for all your problems?

The downside of starting this new thread is that it does lose the context of what you have already done, discussed, and tried regarding the water pump, the EGR valve, and the purge VSV in other threads, and puts would-be responders at the disadvantage of not knowing any of that.

The state of play at the moment seems to be that you've probably ruled out by now most of the simplest possibilities. For example, the EGR valve and the VSV are powered by the same fuse, but you've no doubt checked that by now; if you are finding voltage at either connector, you're not looking at a fuse problem.

The water pump gets its power separately, but you've already plugged another pump in and seen it run, so you're not looking at a power issue there either.

What seems to be happening is that these systems are turning out to be a little more involved than you'd like them to be, and having ruled out the simplest stuff, you are looking at the prospect of having to learn a little more about the systems so you can proceed, and you're kind of hoping that if you start the conversation over enough times, they'll get simpler and you won't have to do that.

That probably isn't going to happen though. These systems aren't super-complex, but how complex they are is how complex they are, and you could still end up finding a fairly simple cause, but the way of finding it is likely to involve reaching the point of understanding why the manual tells you to check x, y, and z things, and buckling down and checking those things.

I think my biggest hurdle now is being in uncharted territory with car electrical and not knowing the tech stream software & having a PDF that is not complete. I have three things working against me. Im not looking for an easy fix but im starting to realize that I without the right knowledge I really cant proceed. I may invest weekends on this and be doing it wrong and wasting my time. I thank you for your concise and sobering response.
