Are hybrids hot in SW Florida?

    Hello,

    I know, I know, another journalist cluttering up the Prius boards with an interview request, and I apologize in advance. My name is Candace Braun and I'm looking for people living in Southwest Florida who wouldn't mind sharing their tales of the search to buy a Prius.

    Some dealerships are saying they've got 45-day wait lists while others report that hybrids "really aren't that popular," and I want to know what the hybrid owner thinks.

    Back up your interviews by going to a few Dealers and asking to be put on the waiting list....which you were probably going to do anyway. This is critical since different salesmen/dealers provide vastly different spins for the same situation.
