I've been looking for an aftermarket tray or organizer for the center console, since I have too much room and not enough structured dividers, so the center console is this rat's nest of charging cables, aux cables, change, random items, etc.

Barring that, does anyone have any tips for what I can use to organize it? I'd like to at least have something I can put on top of my electronic cables so other items don't get mixed up with them.

The center divider is horribly designed... If I were in your situation I'd remove the divider entirely and replce it with some type of photography gear organizer that's part soft case, part hard case, or sew your own with canvas and scrap wood...

    do you have the tray?

don't forget the slot under the radio, and the drawer in front of the console. and the upper glove box.

There are plastic food storage containers you can get individually and cheaply from Big Lots, Dollar Tree, 99 Cent Stores, etc. that fit there quite nicely. Just measure the dimensions you want and it's a no muss, no fuss solution for $1 or less. You can leave the lid off for easy access while driving.
