    his new book THE GOD DELUSION is now 5th on Amazon.us sellers and 1st on Amazon.uk. If so a great many people in the USA must have bought it. How many are PriusChatters?
    But I've just heard a rumour that Amazon has now stopped selling it in the USA. Is this true? If so, why?

    I have it on order. It is available at barnesandnoble.com. and at amazon.com. (You had me scared for a minute.) We haven't become a theocracy, at least not yet.
    Dawkins is always a good read. When it comes to writing, the British are still best.
