Actually I ran the numbers more as a joke than anything else. A great believer in the 'right tool for the right job,' I was appalled at Nysschen's nonsense about '1/3d of the vehicles.' Replace his diesels with Prius following the Audi A3 to Prius ratio and we're looking at 1.88 million barrels, which is more than 1.5 million barrels ... and still just as bogus.
