Can you get the LCD panel to stay on audio or does it always switch back automatically to the engine/battery info? You can probably guess I am a very new Prius owner!

There is a setting that will make it return back to the last screen you left it on. Go therough the Setup Options screens.

Please put your posts in the right forum. An audio question belongs in the Audio and Electronics forum.

I wouldn't call this an audio question at all. This is a general operation question, which you should be happy to help the guy with in the main forum.

    Geez.

On my base model, the Display button gives you three choices; one of them is a setup choice, where you can choose whether the screen automatically bounces back or not.

I agree it is a general " help" me question plus a newbie like we all were at one time

<_< AGREED... General question, just mis-entitled "audio"

So. Welcome "ywbird" - enjoy your Prius and explore all the MFD {Multi Function Display} settings. You can control MANY things with the various menus. Believe it {or not}, the Owner's Manual can provide a great deal of useful information. The PriusChat "SEARCH" feature can also be of great help.
