So, I assume that the radio and CD are working on both sides, and that you have checked the balance settings on the radio and satellite receiver - if so it would lead me to believe that it is the satellite receiver, the cable or the port. I know that you said that it is not the cable so I figure you swapped it out for another. Test the port by plugging in something like an ipod - try wiggling the plug when testing - if it is a problem with the port being loose you will likely hear some static and bursts of noise on the right - also remember that you have 2 ports and test both ends of the cable. Test the satellite receiver by plugging it into something - a home stereo, headphones, etc. This should tell you which item is giving you the problem and then you can have it repaired or replaced.

What is the audio setting for the AUX port?

I found that each type of input can have it's own audio settings.

Maybe the AUX audio settings for balance got switched.

    Just a thought?!

Make sure you have a 3.5mm stereo cable. There are mono cables out there. I think the stereo have 2 rings on the jack, whereas the mono have only one ring.

Yes sounds I also feel it's the cable it's not a stereo cable i think the stereo cable has 3 bands on the plug.
