We just replaced the 2001 Sable with a 2016 Camry SE, 4 cylinder.
Silver with grey and black leather trimmed leather interior.
    10mpg improvement by the EPA.

Even if it's not a hybrid, you can stay.

The wife never really liked the Prius, and since this is our long trip car, the loss of trunk space was a no go.
She also only averages about 5000 miles a year. So the extra cost for a hybrid or diesel would have been tough to justify financially.

Well, got a few tanks through it, and went on our first road trip.
Des's Camry (Toyota Camry) | Fuelly
Averaging over 32mpg so far. Have only pumped the tires up to 40/38 psi front/rear(the individual tire pressure display of the SE is nice), put the instant MPG bar up on the dash, and turned on the ECO light. We should stay above EPA. I might match the Sonic on my commute with it.

The only complaints I have is that I like to sit upright, and the top windshield is lower in my field of view as a result; the 2005 Prius had the same issue. I also have to duck lower getting in than with the Sonic; I only know this because my hat gets knocked off with the Camry.

The Wife feels the seats aren't as comfortable as the Sable's were, but she still loves her new car.
