I just bought a 04 Prius with the #9 package! What fun!
What is the cheapest way to upgrade the navigation system?

Congratulations on your Prius. I think the cheapest way of upgrading the navigation would be to buy an aftermarket stand alone gps device. I think the new disc is about $250 bucks at the dealership. I think you can get them on ebay for about 100 or so, but I'm not for sure they would work on your unit.

:welcome: Welcome to PriusChat, digidus! If you're tempted to get an update DVD for your nav system, be aware that the 04-05 Prius uses a different DVD than 06+ because of a change in the display to higher resolution. A search here on PC for DVD version will most likely find a thread with the specific Toyota part numbers listed.

    Congratulations on your car!
