    hey all

on a second hehe prius, the christmas lights came up and far went into limp mode

upon using techstream, my dad and i identified battery block 2 to be low voltage.

upon balancing and replacing the cell, it still is giving the same issue.

the car will run for about 50 miles before the lights come on and the HV fan turns on full blast

what else do y’all think could be happening?

if you're having the same issue with block #2, it just means you didn't replace the correct module(s) or the replacements are just as bad

Did you replace one of the modules in block #2, or did you replace both modules in block #2?

While in there how did all the bus bars the bottom of the battery tray You can look with a flashlight All that look any leakage seepage ever happen in there bus bars and nuts frosted and corroded that needs to be dealt with All of those things will cause the same nonsense not just a low battery block. All of those things can fubar you're system and lite you up.
