    Hi everybody,

I know there's a lot of helpful information on this forum, and it has really helped many of us fix our Prius—thank you for that.

I'm reaching out for your help with a specific issue:

I got the red triangle warning along with the P0AFA code.
After disassembling the HV battery, I noticed that the orange sensor cable (OEM 82165-47040) and the battery computer assembly (OEM 89890-47090) were heavily corroded (see pictures).
Here below are the old ones:

I replaced both parts with used ones (not new), and everything worked fine for about three months. But now, the red triangle is back.

I disassembled the HV battery again. This time, the sensor cable doesn't look too bad, but two pins on the battery computer assembly have started to corrode again. I'm also seeing voltage issues in the Dr. Prius monitor (see screenshot below).
Photos of the parts after this last disassembly :

    My questions are:

    1. Do you think this could be caused by one or two bad cells, or is it more likely that the used replacement parts I bought online are just faulty?

    2. Do you know of any temporary fix to stop or slow down the corrosion on the pins?
I need to drive about 1300 miles at the end of the month before I can start major repairs, if possible.

Thanks in advance for your help and suggestions!

I hope I'm not posting a duplicate topic- apologies if this has already been discussed somewhere else, I did my best to do research before posting ;)

I Forgot to mention this earlier:
I made sure to clean all the copper bus bars between the modules thoroughly, removing any signs of corrosion
    Before cleaning:
