Berkeley routes for better FE

I've recently done a lot more P&G (after reading so much about it), but my mpg isn't really increasing at all. The highest I ever got was a bit over 44, and usually it's more like 40-42 (2005 model). I wonder if there are better driving routes in Berkeley. For you Berkeley (or area) folks getting over 50 - what routes do you tend to favor to max mpg? I'm not looking for general tips about avoiding stops and left turns, etc. - just wondering where in Berkeley you can mange to do this and still get from one end to the other!
