Besides the 3 locating tabs what holds the fog light in place?

I have yet to get my fogs installed due to many reasons. #1 being the heat in the garage.

Weeks ago I took out the blanks that cover the holes where the lights reside.Then was taken ill and had to quit abruptly.

Is there a machine bolt with a 10mm head on it? Or is there one bolt/screw like a large sheet metal type like a #8 ?

I don't recall what was in there holding the blanks in place and I can't tell by reaching in the hole what the light nice person'y will attach to. Clearly the little tabs that locate the light aren't enough to hold the thing in place.

You'd think I'd have the OEM bolt or screw left over but I don't! <sigh> Trying to prevent having to need a part with the car jacked up, and putting it on the ground and heading to Lowe's!
