Hello everyone, I signed up on this forum this week.

Forgive me for being so lazy, but I was wondering if someone could point me to any particularly good threads that I should have a read of first, so I can get involved here?

    Many thanks, Michael

It depends on what you are interested in. Go to forums, and see what things look interesting to you. There are "sticky" topics in the various forums that are common issues etc. As for general colorful conversation etc., Fred's House of Pancakes is always busy, but sometimes it's like being at Denny's at 3:30 am. That interesting conversation you hear bits and pieces of through the din turns out to be some dishevelled guy in the corner talking to himself, with no bluetooth or cellphone in sight.

If you want blood and gore, look for any threads with mystery squid.

Read the "sticky" threads first. And welcome to PriusChat.

I'm partial to the most obscure Prius Knowledge thread. Lots of good info there.

Otherwise, ditto to those sentiments above.

I personally think this is a bot post. Why? well...

    1. This is a very basic question that bots usually post. Why they post this with no spam links I have no idea. Maybe to test site security???

    2. Bots usually pick the very first option or the very last option when "signing up" to make sure they get in. From the looks of it mgladstonez picked the very last options in the profile. 2007 Prius package #9 and the standard bot locations of USA in all caps.

    3. When making the post the bot usually selects most options to get the post to take. %99 of all bot posts have a smiley on their post. :)

The only thing that does not stand out as a bot was that mgladstonez registered 24-January 07 and made this post 2 days later. Most bots like to post the same day they register but I have seen them wait a few days.

mgladstonez if your not a bot and a real person i'm sorry and welcome to PriusChat. You should just start reading because all posts are good posts here. I suggest that you start with my posts. ;)

This post is brought to you by TheForce's auto post bot. Botting it up for over 800 posts. ;)

Micheal, I have to agree with Forcebot. If you are a real person, please forgive the skepticism. Also, please check with your dealer to confirm that Toyota only produced a "Package 9" in 2004.
