    Hi Patrick,

Thanks for your quick response!! Is it good only for filters or pretty much everything "parts" for the Prii?

I try to anticipate future parts needs and buy most of my Toyota parts there in "bulk" quantities since it usually doesn't make sense to buy only one part number, qty. one, and pay the shipping charge.

I will buy fluids (like Toyota ATF WS and Toyota SLLC) and 12V batteries from my local Toyota dealer, as well as any parts that I want right away.

Try AutoNation Toyota Gulf Freeway Parts | Toyota Parts - Genuine OEM Toyota Parts and Accessories - Houston, Texas

Looks like the dealership is now part of the AutoNation chain...

Here is the cabin filter for your car, they also stock the more expensive "Activated Charcoal Filter" if you prefer it. I have bought a lot of parts from them. I call Jake personally, he gives me a internet quote, and then I simply drive over there and pick them up still getting the discounted price. I try to buy several items at once, or buy one expensive item if I really need it. Last thing I got from them was a replacement battery for the 09 Prius here. Worked real well and was cheaper than any other source I found.

Here's the link for the cabin filter.

Genuine Toyota Cabin Air Filters - Pollen Filter

Here's the link for the more expensive one. I spent the extra money for this one and really do like it. It keeps the Prius very fresh smelling to me.

    Here's the oil filter.

2009 TOYOTA PRIUS Parts - AutoNation Toyota Gulf Freeway Parts

Here's the drain plug gasket for the oil plug when you drain the oil. Supposed to be changed with every oil change and torqued to 27 ft/lbs.

Here's the air filter for the ICE

If you buy from them and have to pay for shipping, order several things together to cut down on the cost of the shipping.

    Hope this helps ya!

I purchased my cabin filter on Ebay for $5, normally about $16. Most of the filters are the same anyway.

There is a lengthy discussion concerning the battery that you just asked about here on PC. In my opinion, it is considered a OEM replacement battery that is being offered by Toyota. If you try to buy this battery, you will find that you can only pick it up at a local dealership as they won't ship these batteries.

The part # for the battery I bought is 00544-21171-325

Here is more information concerning the battery that I mentioned.

Toyota OEM 12V replacement Battery | PriusChat

I paid out the door with sales tax $183.67

As I understand it, the battery is being made by Interstate Battery here in the USA and is being marketed by Toyota. It is labeled identically to the OEM Yuasa battery that was fitted at the factory with only one exception, the Yuasa brand name does not appear on the battery Toyota is selling today.

Here's a pic of it installed in our Prius.

Worked perfect. Cheapest prices come from China or Japan, if you don't mind waiting a bit. It's the same stuff sold at parts stores here marked up 500%

There are lots of posts about cabin filters, including this one here that I started a month or so ago:
NAPA filters -- New Quality Concern? | PriusChat

As noted in the above thread, I buy a Wix brand for about $8 at my local NAPA store. Don't have to worry about shipping, delivery etc. and I get free peanuts....Of course, I pass this store nearly every day....

Thank you so much for your reply!! Will check that out as well since I don't want to pay too much for a single filter but I rather buy it locally than from China. :)

I buy mine from Amazon. Prices may not be the very lowest available, but they are good and with Prime the 2-day shipping is free.
