    And by keeping the price of gasoline up high, it will ensure that people use a gasoline-to-electric-grid generation ONLY during emergencies.

    I suppose if you lived at the top of a hill and your friend lived at the bottom of the hill, you could regen down to his/her house and both of you could enjoy the electricity that was generated. :)
