How long did it take from the time you signed up for a Blink card till you received the card? I'm waiting! I received an AVNetwork key fob today. AVNetwork is a system installed along I-5 in Oregon and Washington.

I'm in the Dallas Metro area. There are more Blink charging stations than ChargePoint stations here. The city of Garland has 5 Blink stations that are currently free. The city of Richardson has 2 ChargePoint at the Huffhines Rec Center that are free to charge. These are all listed on CarStations.com. I like that CarStations has multiple brand charging stations on their map. There are close to 60 charging stations in the local area.

Blink speed comes & goes. My 1st card came in just 3 days. It died. My replacement? I've been waiting now for over 2 weeks.

Is there a FAQ or primer on public charging stations, costs, access cards, etc?

If a Blink charger is Free, do you still need a Blink Card to use it?

We have a few here in central Ohio.

Yes, you still need a card to activate the charging station. I tried without having a card.

I received my card today. It took 9 days. Not too bad and it came just in time. Tonight we're going out to dinner at a restaurant where there is a Blink pedestal. It's about a 10 mile drive and so I can get there on EV and charge while we're eating, then drive home on EV. This is how I envisioned the PIP would work for us.
