Blue tooth volume too low

    My Blue tooth works well with my iPhone, except that I cannot adjust the volume above the limited range that is available on the audio adjust page. At 20 mph, the phone becomes unusable - both incoming and outgoing volumes need raising. Is there a way to raise the entire volume range?
