Bluetooth/GPS/Radio upgrade

    I just purchased a 05 Prius and would like to know what suggestions anyone might have for upgrading the sound system? I would like at minimum add a bluetooth feature but is there a plug and play headunit I could purchase with even a GPS feature? My vehicle does not currently have GPS.
