Bluetooth name displaying issue.

    I have a prius c 2 with the standard stereo and I'm having a problem with the Bluetooth incoming calls not displaying the name of the caller on the radio display. I downloaded my contacts on my iPhone but no names are displayed. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?
