bluetooth signal/problem

    I recently got a new phone and I tried to sync it to my Prius.. But it said it couldn't read each other. I look on the Prius monitor that shows signal strength (antenna?) & it says Hm no connect and shows zero signal...
    Any help would be appreciAted Thx!
