    Can't figure out if our new to us 2010 base model (no GPS) has Bluetooth availability. (
    Frustrating how the 2010 Owner's Manual covers all 2010 models!)

    You need to have model III or higher to have it. See Toyota Vehicles : Toyota Announces Prices for 2010 Prius / Toyota. If you don't have the JBL stereo on the '10, you don't have BT either. IIRC, if you had it, there should be phone related buttons on the steering wheel as well.
