Both accessory receptacles on same fuse ?

    Does anyone know if both 12v accessory receptacles (below glove box and center console) are on the same fuse.

    The one below the glove box is not working when the Prius is on, but the one in the console is. If they are on separate fuses, where is this one located.

    I have the 07 wiring diagram which should be the same as 08. There are two separate fuses, both are 15A, both are located in the same fuse box inside the car under the instrument panel. The two 15A fuses are in position 19 and 21.

    Where is the "Instrument panel"? I blew both power fuses and I need to change them now.
