Brake pump frequently working "Only when gear is P"

    Hello guys,
    I'm having this problem on my Prius 2016 almost since I've got this vehicle.

    If I leave the car in READY mode and select the P gear... There is a continuous ticking noise from beneath the dashboard (?) right in front of the driver (not really that loud)
    and almost every minutes brake pump kicks in.

    But if I switch gear to "D" and stop the car with only applying parking brake.. Both ticking noise and brake pump frequently working thing, won't happen


    I should add that, applying parking brake does not affect this problem in anyways... And the only thing affecting this, is selecting gear P... Which initiates the problem

    And this car has only 14k miles on, and the only thing ever replaced is 12v battery...
    Could this be the reason?

    what did the dealer say when you discovered it early on, and were still under warranty?
