I'm seeing these bubbles on the glass display screen for the A/C fan settings. I've tried wiping it clean but doesn't appear to do anything.

    Any suggestions?

That would have been my first guess too.
Or a "screen protector" that a previous owner has added.

What are you using to clean it off?

Some detailer must have sprayed some detail stuff and it dried without being wiped. Slab some goo gone on it.

I've used "Meguiar's Mirrow Glaze" plastic cleaner to clean up really dirty plastic visors for motorcycle helmets.
Maybe this, or some other type of plastic cleaner can remove the spots.

A close inspection should tell the story.
If they really ARE bubbles, no amount of "rubbing" will solve the problem.

I mostly agree. :) If you rub enough, you'll get rid of them. But there might not be any lens left!
