Buying ~ 2001 vs 2003, mileage question

I have been looking at the Prius for a while now. I currently commute about 70 miles(round trip). I have looked at a couple of local Prius (Oddly enough, not much of a selection to go from other than brand spanking new here) I thought I would inquire here about which would be a better value. I have a friend who has an original 2001 Prius that he has around 240k on, so I do not question their reliability.

Both options have clear reports and have been well maintained. The 2001 has a refurbished battery, the 2003 has a new battery installed by Toyota dealership, still with warranty.

Option A:

2001 Prius $4800 141k miles

Option B:
2003 Prius $7000 100k

Is the 40k mileage difference enough to justify the additional cost? The only real difference is color options, mileage, and the 2003 has tinted windows (It does look like everything from the 2003 has been done at a Toyota dealership though)
