C1241 & C2318 error codes

    Hello fellas,
    I have been having situation when I start moving ABS VSC and brake lights pop up immediately, then I just shut the car down and restart the it and no lights, after that no lights for the whole day. I have diagnosed and got these codes c2318 and c1241. What can be reason for that.
    P.s. my auxiliary battery shows 11.7v and 14.6 v according to the YouTube videos.

    And one more: I have changed tyres before a day earlier when light started showing up

    i think it can be a number of places. you'd have to start with the trouble shooting tree in the manual at techinfo.toyota.com
