    The voltage readings (IG1, IG2, BS1, BS2, VM1, VM2, +B1, +B2) in those freeze frames are baaad. I'd malfunction too if I were a 12 volt ECU being powered off 6.7 volts.

See if you can work out why such low voltages are reaching your brake system, and fix that. Things will work better.

Yeah you got ABS issues and your CM monitor display is out or is wonky what have you so you need to capacitors replaced on the board or buy the whole complete unit from Texas hybrids $175 with your core returned and looks like your accumulator and your ABS is running low pressure so you need a break actuator a new one is $1,400 and some change or you can play around with some used ones and get one that works might change it twice possibly three times it's happened to me right here but I can change them pretty quickly now not that big of a deal actually is it worth it that's only something you can answer in your situation.

You also seem to be completely overlooking the C1256.

If the reason for low accumulator pressure is that there is an internal leak somewhere in the accumulator and this causes the pump to run continuously (or nearly continuously) then that could account for the 12 V system being dragged low.
