California PZEV emission parts warranties

I have just found out that some emissions components have extended coverage in California and other CAL emissions states.
I found these pdf on a honda site.. trying to find one for Toyota or find out if it applies to all cars..
some PZEV cars have componenents covered up to 15yr/150,000 miles. Some of these seem to be some substantial component.

Does anyone have any more detailed info on this?

This might be something to have on hand when Toyota doesn't want to cover certain parts under or out of the 3yr/ 36000 warranty.
