Can a 2017 engine fit a 2011?

First off I have 2011 base model Prius with roughly 253K miles on it. I met a guy the other day that said he could swap a 2017 engine into my 2011 base model. He gave me 2 options. First option is a rebuilt 3rd gen engine or a 2017 (low mileage engine) for a 1000 more. Getting another car isn't really an option because I am driving roughly 80K miles a year for work. My question is... will swapping a 2017 low mileage engine work in a 2011? Will it even fit? My oil is burning like crazy. I am putting in a quart roughly every 600 miles right now. I drive like 250 miles per day average. The MPG is still hovering around 42-45 MPG. The car is working well outside of that; so, I am probably just going to run it until it dies or doesn't pass the smog Lol. However, eventually, I am going to have to consider doing a swap. Any help here would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
