Can a 2020 Prius Prime be charged on a Tesla battery charger?

    Does anyone know whether a 2020 Prius Prime can be charged safely on a Tesla home battery charger. If so which adapter will allow that to be done. I don't want to risk damaging the Prius battery so I am seeking accurate advice on whether that can done safely.
