Can Gen2 & Gen3 cell be combined to rebuild a Gen1 pack?

    I've never seen Gen3 modules up close so I just want to make sure they are the same as the Gen2 modules.

    They are the same except for there internal resistance. Mixing the modules is not a good idea as the voltage drop across the gen2 modules under load will give them a higher voltage drop than the gen3 modules. This could trigger a DTC for battery module voltage. The only way I can see round this is to use 1 gen2 module with 1 gen3 module for every module pair.
