I pressed "reset" on the screen after about 500miles. Does anyone know if I can get the lifetime MPG reading even after resetting the calculations? (before and after resetting combined).

Unfortunately, no. Once pushing reset, the data is lost forever... for that reason, many people here will carry a small notebook in the car with them to record the information for each tank (it's much more fun to try to beat your previous tanks numbers than trying to get it to go up a little). sticking that in a spreadsheet easily provides you with lifetime numbers then. In addition, it allows you to easily record the number of gallons pumped to do manual calculations to verify the computers calculations.
