I would like to replace the standard radio in my 06 with a factory JBL unit. I am aware of the fact that the JBL system had additional speakers as well as NAV etc.

    Thanks!

It wouldn't be an easy swap, that's for sure. The JBL unit has a separate amp, which is mediocre power, at best. It'd be easier and more economical to go with an aftermarket system.

To keep full functionality of NAV, bluetooth, and steering controls, you will need to use a summing device like that from Audio Source and JL Audio.

Wait, you can get an aftermarket amp and preserve all of that functionality with a summing device? What is that exactly?
