Can P1151 also throw P0420?

    I've read other posts talking about P1151 and how it has to do with the coolant heat storage tank. My understanding is that its purpose is to bring the engine to operating temperature faster and therefore improve fuel efficiency. With that being said, could this also be the reason I'm getting the P0420 code?
