I'd like to get one of those sexy, sexy,

"SofTex®-trimmed heated front seats with seatback pockets; 8-way power-adjustable driver's seat with power lumbar support"

seats that come in some of the Gen III's and replace the drivers seat in my '04. The reason I'm looking at them specifically is that the side air bag should be quite similar to my '04 Prius side airbag.

Anybody know if it can be done, or what specifically won't match up?

If you find they are not compatible, I remember an old post about a Volvo S60 seat fitting near perfectly! And, Volvo is known for super comfy seats...

Mechanically it can be done, but you would sacrifice the side airbag.
