    Bed, Bath & Beyond has them for $14.99. Dimensions are:

    Fabric: Nylon
    Size: 23.25" x 13.25" x 12.25"
    Weight: 2 lbs, 2 oz
    Warranty: 25 Years

    They list on www.caselogic.com for $24.99. Thats a definite savings over the Toyota cargo tote.
