Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1)

    Hello all.

    I recently had a new Catalytic Converter along with the lamba and oxygen sensor also being replaced on my 2006 Prius.

    This was due to the engine management light which my mechanic diagnosed as needing a new catalytic converter.


    After replacing that, the management light came on again.

    Next, we changed the lamba sensor. No joy.

    Next, we changed the oxygen sensor. Still no joy.

    Now we have not a clue.

    I have attached pictures of the fault code and sensor readings.

    Any ideas???

    Obviously no diagnostics were followed thru on, or needless parts would not have been replaced. I am of course, presuming that a new OEM cat was installed and OEM or like quality sensors were fitted as well. If both of those statements are not true, start there.
