Cayin N3 DAP will not connect to my 2013 model 3 Bluethooth

    I love my 2013 Prius and my Cayin N3 Digital audio player / DAP.
    But it will not connect with my .
    My bluetooth setting on the Cayin states that it I am paired with Car Multimedia (the Prius Radio).
    But I cannot connect the two.
    PLMK what I need to do.

    What Bluetooth versions and profiles does your player support? Do they match what the car supports?
    I suspect that is the problem.
