    Drive Electric RVA is having a midday meet-up at Southerly Restaurant on Staples Mill Road. After lunch, Alan Crouch, a professor of automotive technology at J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College and an expert in hybrid and all-electric vehicles, will talk about the current state of EV techonlogy.
