Just make sure you don't wash the insides of your windows. The film takes 48 hours to cure. In my case, I waited 72 just to be extra sure.

Thanks for the advice. The only cleaning I will do on the inside is the HUD window on the dash and the dash display. They must have had soapy water everywhere. :(

Oh, I meant that it was more of a facepalm at the OP, not at you.

Here are a couple of pics showing the 3M Crystalline CR40 tint (and the new Momo Winter 2 / Primacy MXM4's). I love the front lower spoiler color combo Toyota did with this car.:)

I have heard that as well, but I doubt it is merely a relabel since Winco only comes in 30,40,50,60% shades. Diamond Cut IR comes in 20%, as my friend has it on his G37.

I suspect that Prestige is making this product, since Premier uses them for most of their in-house products. Prestige did just launch the Photosync product that Premier has begun promoting:

    PhotoSync? - Prestige Film Technologies

Regardless, their work is great but their prices are very high.

Ah, you're right. The other data sheet I was looking at was incomplete.

Madico Specifications | Madico Window & Specialty Films

So, I guess it is a possibility that it is a Winco relabel - but I am still suspecting that it is Prestige. We'll probably never know.

At lunch today I took these cellphone pictures to illustrate that inside it's not like a bat cave under direct sunlight, but still shades the occupants. I'll take night pics inside next time.

watch out for tickets for tint in NJ. I had mine tinted everything except the windshield on Saturday and Monday on my way home from work got a ticket. I pulled the tint off the front doors to not get harrassed anymore. Looked way better before with all doors tinted and it was def cooler inside... yay NJ...

You can put on a blue tint that will help with heat and really wont be noticeable at all.

Formula One Pinnacle Tint Plugin Toyota Prius five percent Sides and Back
    5 percent

15 percent on Rear lower since it had factory tint on it already. The ratio looks perfect from outside and inside.

I mainly chose this for Privacy and 61% Total Solar Energy Rejection (TSER) rating

Make sure you check with your local laws about tint %.

I did notice a huge difference in Felt heat, Very noticiable also noticed the Air Conditioner not working as hard.

Keep 'em coming at 5%. That should help divert cops' attention away from our still illegal 20-40% :D

That, and it also supposedly doesn't interfere with radio signal reception for electronics because the film doesn't have any metal deposited on it.

What is the safest and best way to clean tinted windows, on the film of course?
