    Grid computing isn't new, and the details from the newspaper are too sketchy to be useful. It seems like they're talking about BitTorrent style data transfer over fibre, again, not new. The problem with all this is the last mile. Very few people have fibre to the curb. Maybe it will happen when WiMax rolls out.
