    To Do:
Images of how close the tire gets to the wheel-well when turned fully in either direction. Did not detect any rubbing so far. Lost too much daylight to get a decent shot the day I got them mounted. Change in Wheel / Tire... (15"x7" w/ 195/60R15s) | PriusChat

Images are links because I suck at the googles, and too tired to figure it out right now.

What kind of tires are they?

The wheels look great. How much does each weigh in?

Honestly don't know. Didn't think to weigh it. Not seeing any noticeable change in my MPG for my normal haunts so far. Will find out on the first day back to work if there was a change though.

Those don't look like LRR tires. How are your MPG doing?

So far +/- 2 MPG from what I was seeing previously to my usual stops. I'd call it no change. Giving them a week to break in before casting judgement though.

I let these things break in, and in the process my wife decided that one of my wheels needed to be dented slightly and jumped a curb with it. Thanks hun. Over the stock Turanza EL400-02 Tire | Bridgestone Tires 175/65R15 84H tires, I've noticed a 2-4 MPG gain in ~35MPH average city driving, and a 1-2 MPG loss in ~70MPH highway driving. I delayed posting this just to verify what I was seeing. There's no mistake, my daily commute that involves 45 minutes of <5MPH gate traffic and 20 minutes of 35MPH city streets is coming up consistent on this. My 40 minute highway commute is seeing the same average all 8 times I've done it so far. The following links are pictures of a 3oz WD-40 spray can wedged in between the tire and the wheel well to show the amount of room that the tires have at FULL deflection. I had my wife holding the steering wheel in place to prevent it from turning back that tiny bit that it does when released, so this is as far over as I can get it. The results were the same on both sides of the vehicle. If there's other things you want to see, drop me a line and I'll snap 'em.

Finally got some decent rain to test wet traction with these tires with. So far, hitting puddles does slow it down as expected, but getting the car to hydroplane so far has been fairly difficult. Taking a 18 foot diameter 90 degree turn at 35MPH and I didn't even feel it try to skid sideways. I'll have to put a few thousand miles on it and see how it does then.

Decided I didn't like the look of silver calipers and black drums, so I "fixed" it. There's a few other things I want to do to finish out the exterior. The two visible ones are the glowing Toyota badge for the hood, and a shark fin antenna for the top. Not sure I like having a rubber ducky when trusting someone else to run my car through the automatic car wash.
