changing computer to allow the electric motor to run independantly up to 50mph

    hi i have a few gen one prius.... like about 10 pre 1998 models...we live in new zealand...does anyone in the chat rooms know how to change the computer settings to allow the electric motor to run up to 50mph or as we know up to 80km?
