changing custimization options pre-delivery

    Is there a sticky or a link to the 10 or so pages in the owners manual that are customizable through the dealership (reverse beep etc). I scanned archives and found some of the options and comments to use the search feature. As a NooB can anyone provide a link or cut and paste as to what options can be changed or is there an owner's manual in pdf online somewhere?
