    Charged is my favorite EV magazine--highly technically competent, and largely devoid of hysterical political nonsense and misinformation. The print edition comes out bimonthly, but you can also read the magazine online at their site. ChargedEVs The Jan/Feb issue just arrived here (not showing up online yet, keep watching) and contains several great articles, as usual. An article on balancing schemes will likely be of particular interest to several here. Enjoy!
