Check Engine Code P0A93 and P0C73 with Hybrid Systems Light

2014 Prius V with 130k miles. The check engine and hybrid systems (car with exclamation point) lights came on recently. The inverter coolant reservoir was almost empty when I checked. The car's gas mileage has been a little lower recently but the car has otherwise been driving like normal. I'm hoping for help in diagnosing the issue. Mechanics around me give a blank stare when I tell them I drive a hybrid so would like to gather as much information on my own as I can. Any troubleshooting recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
