Check Hybrid Light Possible Bad Fuel Pump?

    So I been having a problem. I had the check hybrid system light on. My car starts for three seconds, and then it shuts off And my lights go on. It does not want to start. Can a bad fuel pump causes issue?it has gas in the vehicle as well.

    The check hybrid system is on. Engine starts sometimes for around 2/3 seconds. Shits off. I get the check engine, check hybrid system, slip indicator, and tire pressure all go on.

    FYI, your car is trying to start for three seconds, but it is not starting. You need to read all of the trouble codes with a Prius capable scan tool. https://priuschat.com/index.php?posts/3290690

    Sure, a bad fuel pump could be causing the problem of the car not starting, but so could a couple hundred other things be causing the problem. That is the reason you need to read the trouble codes.
